The problem

Clients were kept in a paper notebook. Recalling how a dog was cut last time, or whether it has allergies, meant leafing through pages — standing up, between dogs.

The solution

I built a shared client base for the groomers and a separate cabinet where the dog's owner sees their next visit and grooming history.

How it works

  • Search by the dog's name or the owner's phone number
  • Each card holds history, before-and-after photos, allergies, preferred cut
  • Clients sign in to their cabinet with a phone number and an SMS code
  • Visit reminders and dog birthday messages go out automatically
  • Loyalty discounts are counted without the groomer doing anything
